Stan James is popular UK bookie with over 40 years in business, seeming quite good if you come upon it for a first time with odds often totally outside the market but it's a fact this is one of the most mocked bookmakers by the betting public. Imposing immediate personal limits, some time ago became famous for mass closing betting accounts because their "unprofitable nature" (quote from the standard customer support message). It is true other bookies also show the door to inconvenient customers but in much more sophisticated manner. So if you don't plan to go and lose there, you have no reason to get involved at all.
