The odds are dropping elsewhere. Bookmakers probably realized that Niculescu is better player in a better form, so there's not many things to write here. The Romanian is 32nd on the WTA list, Gajdosova is 40th. Niculescu lost against Wozniacki in Australia, but had some important wins before the end of 2011 against Na Li, Lucie Safarova and Maria Kirilenko.
Gajdosova is not a good enoug player at all, she may enter into a big serie of winners, but it happens rarely, the series of unforced errors are dominant. Also, she is not moving on the court as a top players, she looks a little bit lazy. Both players have solid careers in doubles and play very often. Niculescu is better player here, great fighter and i expect a sure win for her.
