For this meeting in Paris WTA Tour I choose to go with a win for the Belgian player Wickmayer against Serbian Player J, Jankovic. Both players have 7-3 record this year and though the Serbian played pretty well for this part of the year losing only to top ten players like Wozniacki , Azarenka and Schiavone, I am not impressed at all with her first serve and the fact that in the last match she barely beat Flipkens offering 11 break points yet managing to save 9 of them I have the confidence that she will lose this match so I go with the more agressive player the young and I believe hungry for success Wickmayer. I disagree with your pick. Yes she had a muscle injury and had a sharp pain during her last match but she will be fine for this one. Also the match is reschedule so she has more time to rest. Anyway, she has put too much effort in pre seasson training and preparation, and she got good results (phisical and tehnical). Since she cannot hope too much on Grand Slams, perfect thing for her is advancing in smaller tournaments and masters.... Believe she can advance here and has more experience on her side.
