The last two games from City on the road produced both of them games with over 5.5 goals as they first won at 2nd from bottom, Para, with 5-1 and lost two rounds ago 4-2 at Adelaide United U23 as well. They slipped behind the Play-Off zone also losing last round 1-0 at home with Adelaide City, 2 points away right now with two rounds remaining to be played, so this is really a must win game for them, especially that the hosts are almost relegated.
Raiders are bottom in the league with 15 points, 4 points away from safety and with really small chances to avoid relegation. They have 4 losses in a row, lost in the cup from 1-0 ahead with 3-2 against Cooks Hill United from the NPL Northern NSW, and that level is weaker compared to the NPL South Australia where Raiders are from, but they ended up conceding 3 goals in a short time and lost with ease that cup game.
I backed over 3.5 goals two months ago as Raiders hosted Beograd, and lost 3-0. Should have scored missing big scoring chances in the first half, should have conceded 1 or 2 more goals with Beograd missing big scoring chances near the end. Lately they also lost at home 3-1 with Croydon Kings. Now I back over 5.5 goals searching for a value bet as Campbelltown City will find plenty of chances to score, and they do want to win big this fixture, while this is really the last chance for Raiders to keep their season alive.
