The Ducks picked up a couple of wins after the Olympics break. Both games were absolute thrillers and highlights the offensive talent of the squad. It's a team that works hard and doesn't give up. Just check the scenario against the Oilers... 0-2, 2-2, 2-4, 4-4, 4-5, 6-5. You can't script this. Winning the division is actually possible. The Knights are currently losing by a goal against the Pens. The Ducks are just 3 points behind with 2 games less. I think the hosts will bring the big guns tonight.
The Flames... pfff, I am fading this team all season long and it paid. They got fortunate against the Sharks and I mean man... this game should have been sealed by the first period but Wolf made a career high performance on goal. Last round, they were shut down by the sterile offense of the Kings. The guests are too inconsistent in the scoring department and I dislike their game style. Cooley is projected on goal and this will be hist first match since a month. He might be rusty.
The Ducks play high tempo hockey and usually the Flames struggle in such scenarios. I'd rather trust a team that can score within minutes than a team that has to spend tons of energy to create high danger chances. Go Ducks!
