Two or three years ago the situation was quite different and PSG would be huge favorites. But right now Arsenal are better. PSG left without their three super-stars as Messi, Neymar and Mbappe left the club. Now Ousmane Dembele is the biggest star, but he was left out of PSG squad for the clash against Arsenal after a reported disagreement with manager Luis
Enrique. Dembele was substituted in a 3:1 win over Rennes. To be worse,
Enrique has declared the winger will not play until he "comply
or respect the expectations of the team".
Arsenal are stronger every season. Arteta has big funds and he has two good players for every position. All but one - captain Odegaard is irreplaceable. And he is out injured. However, the Gunners have the home advantage and this fact should not be underestimated. Arsenal beat both Man City and Liverpool at Emirates. I think Arsenal are closer to the victory, mainly because the atmosphere in PSG is spoiled.
