Aston Villa awaits PSG in the second leg of these Champions League quarter-finals.
After being outplayed in Paris, Aston Villa will try to turn the result around, and knowing Unai, they will go all out with high pressing, leaving spaces behind the opposition. The team is quite compact, and the players are in good form. As the home side, they are a very tough opponent to beat.
PSG is one of my top candidates or favorites for the title alongside Barcelona — they are the two teams that play the best football and are the most proactive. I know Luis Enrique very well, and as he said in the press conferences in the days leading up to the match, the team will go out to win. Playing it safe would be a mistake, and judging by the lineups, both teams are going all in.
It’s going to be a spectacular, high-paced match, and I think PSG has more to offer than what the English side will try to bring to the table.
