Did I miss something or Aston Villa are treated as a top side in this matchup? Newcastle are struggling for over a month, but the Villans still having ups and downs and here there are the two PL clubs most affected by covid in the past weeks. Aston Villa had to close their training ground for 10 days and go almost three weeks without a PL match, returning to action a few days ago as they lost to City. No player has covid now, but maybe their form can't be the best. The Magpies have been far from a good side in this last period, they have excuse though and should be better sooner or later. It's more a question of value than of trust about them, there should be AH +0.5 priced at these odds and not AH +1 which is interesting as Newcastle aren't a very conceding side. Expecting a more balanced match than the odds suggest.
