In the 1/16 finals of the Champions League, Atletico Madrid will face Chelsea. The match will be played in Bucharest.
Atletico is losing one of its greatest assets, i.e. playing the match at Wanda Metropolitano.
It is undoubtedly a huge blow to Diego Simeone's footballers.
I am writing here about the team that only lost their first game at Wanda Metropolitano in the current LaLiga season in the last week .
Anyway, the stadium in Bucharest is very fond memories for both the Madrid club and Diego Simeone himself.
It was at this stadium that the Argentine won his first trophy as coach of Atletico Madrid, winning the 2011/2012 Europa League final against Athletic Bilbao,was 3-0.
As for Chelsea, they are continuing a series of games without losing, but their game itself does not convince me. The Blues have problems with creating shooting situations.
