Boston Celtics-DALLAS MAVERICKS "2"
Game 2 at Boston Garden and the MAVS will once again show a different face to start the Series. Game 1 saw the return of Porzingis for Celtics and he set the tone early on both ends of the floor, most important his blocks to protect the rim intimidating DALLAS in the first half. MAVS have a "good horse jumps close"-mentality in a lot of their Games. It is really obvious though in Games 1 of a Series where they are now 1 out of their last 6 Games (only previous round at Twolves they took Game 1). BUT Game 2 is DALLAS time, ALL Games this PO they won their 2nd road game (at Clipps, at OKC, at Twolves).
Coming back to Game 1, Boston was hitting its 3s early, they take a ton of them anyway, but MAVS threw it away in half 1 with 42 (!) points, seeming that they are not ready. They cut the lead down to 8 midway 3rd quarter and had 2 TO with travelling and a wide open 3 of Kyrie to cut down even further, so at times they did things right. Now I expect them to be on for at least 48 minutes and that DONCIC AND KYRIE are from the start there and lead the supporting crew. KYRIE, especially here at Boston, will not have another Game like the previous. For me, especially considering the circumstances of GAME 2 the odds are once again way too high and DALLAS MAVERICKS will with a WIN in GAME 2 punish the bookies.......
