Blaz Perez who scored both goals in their 2-1 win will be the main loss but alongside him on the sidelines is Baloy and Cooper who also picked up their second yellow cards today while Godoy received a red card. Overall this is 300+ games of experience missing for Panama, and 45+ international goals.
Chile were very lucky today to get the win against Bolivia, but against a depleted Panama their task should be easier than today. That bit of luck should give them confidence and a quarter final against either, Mexico or Venezuela awaits if they can finish second.
The last time these two nations met was in 2010 so that is irrelevant, but for the record Chile leads H2H 3-2-1. They should win this game and hopefully Panama will implode again so the the minus handicap punters collect.
