I do not see any reason why Dinamo is favourite in this match except the hype of qualifying for the play-off.The club was recently bought and has new owners but the players are the same. In the regular season they lost all the matches played against the teams that qualified for the playofff.
Buzau should be slight favourites. They want to promote and is the 3rd best team in this playoff. Would say that 4th place is 99% secured so they could fight for 2-3rd place who wins direct promotions beacause Steaua cant promote. In the regular season they beat Dinamo 2-1 and the team has improved since then with the signings of few foreign players.
