Draper's clean run has lead to have this value price on Demon, which otherwise would have been 1.50/1.60 as even that one was worth it because he has too much physical edge on Jack to BO5. Draper had a dream draw to reach the QF, also getting much-needed fast wins to save energy as his fitness is still a big issue in Slams. Playing someone like Demon with this format is a nightmare for Jack though, even entering well rested as the Aussie is destined to outlast him as happened in all their three previous meetings. I can't see Draper beating Demon in straights, at best he should aspire to get the job done in a quick 4-setter, but it remains a difficult combination. Demon looks in the zone and actually in much better form than one might think after injuring his hip at Wimbledon and not having played since then. Alex is smart enough to know what to do in this specific matchup, making it as physical as possible, but that's part of his game style and there is no risk that it won't happen. Draper is likely to fire on all cylinders from the outset to stand a chance, but Demon is expected to hold on while getting back everything, then having the upper hand as the match goes on.
