Well this is like "new" strategy for me in hockey betting - mostly avoiding these markets - BUT seeing some profit made in the past in NHL with this from others, I think we have a decent play in the opener.

First of all, like always when I watch Oilers in action with McDavid& Draisatl and co. they seem to start really fast their games. And surely are one of the fastest team out there - also with this offensive power on paper, they can deliver - and I actually expect them to get the job done here in the end (prob regular time). Canucks has also fantastic young "blood" with pure talent in their team.

Now when we come to the goalies. That is one reason where I see also Oilers having edge with Koskinen between the pipes tonight. IN other end it's expected to see Braden Holtby - GK who was not anymore the same goalie last season as in past with the Caps, winning Cup etc.. His statistics went waaay down. Dont really have trust for him in season opener when they face one of the best offenses on paper in entire league! Ps. also the "legend" Jesse Puljujärvi (finally) makes his comeback into Oilers roster this season :)
