Everton - Manchester City    (lost)

Manchester City arrives in a must-win situation. Currently sitting second and trailing league leaders Arsenal by six points—but crucially holding two games in hand—I believe they know that any dropped points could immediately spell the end of their title aspirations. They will be highly driven to establish dominance from the opening whistle. Conversely, Everton finds themselves comfortably mid-table in eleventh place. Having secured safety, they are practically playing for little at this stage of the campaign(maybe hard european cups places), which I suspect will naturally reduce their overall competitivity. Manchester City has been exceptional, boasting a streak of victories in their recent league and cup outings. Their recent wins over Burnley and Arsenal highlight their championship hunt, proving their efficiency is peaking at exactly the right moment. On the other hand, Everton’s recent form has been thoroughly uninspiring. They have suffered multiple defeats over their last five matches, including a very disappointing 2-1 loss to West Ham United just days ago.  I have observed in Everton's recent performances that they have a tendency to concede goals before the ht. Their defensive structure frequently falters in the opening 45 minutes, a vulnerability I am confident Manchester City attack will exploit early on. Given City’s desperate need for pointsI see pressure early on so HT FT 2/2 should be a good pick here.
