Machida top of the table, beat some J1 clubs in cups.. overall very efficient with goal attempts but it seems teams have become more wary of them, either that or pressure is getting to them. Either way, patchy form recently as they failed to win 2 they should've won and got 1 point only. Still 7pts ahead of 3rd placed Shimizu but cant afford to lose winnable games.
Fujieda have been good teams for over totals this season because expectations are low but are attack minded. Its a common sight to see them fire 15+ attempts in a game regardless if they are home or away. Won a 6 pointer vs Kumamoto last round and now got a breathing space 8 points off relegation which likely means they're safe already.
Fujieda comes off an important away win so i question their mental state a little bit. Machida on the opposite end - motivated to return back on track so it looks like a good timing. I may question hosts' concentration levels but i dont question their ability to play attacking football, generally presure affects attacking performance and concentration affects defensive performance and pressure was alleviated
