The situation in Scotland is clear - Celtic won the title after they shared the points at Dundee United. Their biggest rivals Rangers beat Ross County at Ibrox (4-1), but there was never any prevailing sense of Celtic being in trouble.
The lack of motivation is the first reason for my pick, but there is another one, more important. Rangers have Europa League final with Frankfurt next Wednesday. I believe most of their key players will not play against Hearts. Giovanni van Bronckhorst will probably play with the reserves. To be worse, some players (Ianis Hagi, Filip Helander, Alfredo Morelos) are struggling with injury.
Hearts are solid team, they are third and I think they are able to beat "B-Team" of Rangers.
