SC Heerenveen played last weekend a 1-1 draw so they are now number 11 in Eredivisie with 32 points after 27 games. They didn’t win in their last 3 games in the competition. Heerenveen won this season just 6 of 13 home games and lost already 5 games. Coach Van Wonderen will left the club at the end of the season and hopes to reach the Play-offs but than they should play better than the last 20 minutes against RKC Waalwijk last Saturday. First half Heerenveen played well but at the end they had some problems with RKC and scored almost the 2-1 win for them. Midfielder Brouwers is still injured and missed this game. Pelle van Amersfoort is in great form this season and scored last Saturday his 9^th goal of the season.

FC Twente won last weekend with 1-0 by a goal of Boadu against rival Heracles Almelo. So they are still number 3 in Eredivisie with 56 points after 27 games. They are 4 points above number 4 AZ Alkmaar. FC Twente won 4 of the last 5 competition games. FC Twente played well and had problems to score some goals because Heracles defended great. Boadu scored in the second half the only goal and in the end Heracles was close by a draw but they hits the post. Bad news is that Boadu falled out with an injury and can’t play in this game. Defender Sampsted is doubtful and captain Propper falled also out with an injury and is doubtful for this game. Defender Brenet is sacked as player of Twente last week.  

FC Twente has a great season so far and needs a win to stay on the thirth place in the competition. Both teams meet each other 30 times in Heerenveen; Heerenveen won 10 times and FC Twente 12 times. FC Twente is missing his great striker by an injury so Van Wolfswinkel replace him as first striker. If SC Heerenveen can play as the first 70 minutes of the game against RKC Waalwijk, I don’t see them lose here.
