ITALY is kicking off the QUARTER FINAL of the NATIONS LEAGUE at home versus Germany. ITALY is 5W-2D-3L in their last 10 Matches. 2 of the losses came at the Euro where they lost in the Group Stage to Spain and in k.o.-round to Switzerland. After that their last defeat came at home in Nations League in their last Match to France. In general the "Azzuri" is strong at home and especially at Guiseppe Meazza (San Siro) in Milan where this Match will take place. ITALY loves to face Germany and almost always have their number. In ALL Euro-Matches (4 Matches) AND World Cup Matches (5 Matches) Germany NEVER could beat ITALY after 90 Minutes! ITALY has from their last 12 Matches since 1997 versus Germany lost only 2 times. Last time was also last Match also in Nations League a very rare win for Germany at home in Mönchengladbach 5-2.
