Iberia 1999 - Larne FC    (won)

Iberia 1999 (formerly Saburtalo) and Larne FC play the second leg of the 3rd preliminary round of the Europa League at the Mikheil Meskhis Stadium in the Georgian capital Tbilisi. The first game in Northern Ireland ended 0:0, and whoever goes through secures at least an appearance in the Conference League group.

The first match brought some poor football, it was played cautiously and without a large number of chances and shots. Given the high stakes for both clubs, the second leg could be similar, although as hosts, Iberia is expected to take more risks and look for a win through 90 minutes.

It could also be said that Iberia is a slightly better team, but Larne knows how to defend and if they resist the initial pressure of the Georgians, they could have an even match. Larne's away resume is a major counterweight. They have won 13 of their last 20 away games in all competitions, conceded only 0,9 per match in that stretch, and impressively haven't been defeated in 32 of their last 37 away matches.

Iberia are without Vakho Bedoshvili and Lucas Cafe. Larne travel without Conor McKendry, Paul O'Neill and Aaron Donnelly through suspension, removing a creative wide option, a forward alternative and a defensive piece. Depth choices and set piece coverage could be subtly affected on both sides.

Somehow it seems that there won't be too many chances again, and therefore no many goals, so the option of less than three goals seems quite realistic.
