I’ll go with Dallas in this one. The Cowboys had a horrific off-season. It got bad to the extent their off-field issues dominated the headlines. They need something good to happen and a win here would give them a positive outlook, at least for a few days.
However, Sean McVay performs poorly in preseason games. He has a dreadful 7-14 SU and 9-12 ATS record in his career in the preseason games, including a 1-8 SU and 3-6 ATS in the last three seasons.
I think Dallas has the upper hand in the quarterback, as Cooper Rush and Trey Lance are a better duo than Stetson Bennett and Dresser Winn.
To complicate their matter, the Rams have injury issues across the offensive line, and I don’t see them doing much on the offensive. Back the Dallas on the -4 handicap.
