The 'serve bot' returns after almost 2 years absence from the tour. He did play one match vs Sandgren in '23 and won, but retired immediately after. Many problems with knee and shoulder forced Opelka to go cold and to pause for a longer period, droping him out from real competitive form (so be the logical thinking).
If you check his social media posts you'll see some guy who looks like a homeless person/woke new gen Z etc, but that's just his poor taste in fashion :) Opelka kinda became a PRADA face and although it could be totaly irrelevant to his tennis life, reminds of Paire and the steps he took.
I'm not sure how he'll react on grass after his break, serve might be there, but his movement and agility could be limuted. One would assume that Opelka should killing it on grass, but he actually has poor 7-14 record with only 1 win in the last 4 seasons. Low bounce is something that gives Opelka nigtmares and it's not exactly easy for him to scoop it up.
I think Constant should get into this match more competitive and secure. Although I'm not very much fond of this guy and he's not having a wonderful season so far, he did showed some decent tennis during the grass swing.
Maybe it's 'average' bettor thinking regarding this match up and situation, but I'll try it at @1.7
