Machida showed no mercy to unmotivated FC Tokyo last round at home as well, winning with no less than 3-0. And Tokyo is usually strong in defense, but lacks motivation, and Machida has all the motivation in the world to win this game right here, and more, to win big, because 2nd placed Hiroshima has +6 goal difference more, and just 2 points more.
Kyoto lacks motivation. A great ending for the season from them, winning many games after being rock bottom in the first part of this season, even losing their first 7 games in a row at home, and one of those losses was with Machida who was not quite clinical, 17 shots, 7 on target, and won 3-0.
Now Machida will want an even bigger win and Kyoto lacks motivation, even if they had motivation against Machida in the current point, it would be kind of impossible to hope for something out of this game, so I back a big win from the hosts.
