Macva - Partizan (lost)

Usually in Partizan's games similar to this one, odds are going up as the kickoff is closer. So, you might catch much better value, say 2.10 or at least even odds for HT/FT option if you wait and bet late. But, I wont wait cause how I see this is definitely sure away win, so I am afraid we might see 1.10 for straight win later and then you don't have much choices unless you want to be favorite on -2.5.

Why the odds might go up? Because Partizan definitely will rotate a lot in this game. I wouldn't be surprised if we see completely changed starting eleven compared with Europa League game vs Besiktas. Cause, it will be second leg there against Besiktas with only three days off after this meeting with Macva. Note that before first leg in previous qualifying round in Europa League that Partizan played in Denmark, head coach Mirkovic changed seven starters in the game of the national league. So, he will rotate a lot now too, there is no doubt about that. And when becomes clear Partizan will start with heavily mixed squad, odds might go up pretty much as usually was the case.

Why the odds might go down big time? Well, because IMO and as I said above, no way Partizan would slip here, no way they would drop any points against this opponent even to play with B team. That's how I see it. Something similar like when their biggest rival, Crvena zvezda, played recently at home vs Spartak Subotica. There was upcoming important game in Europe so Zvezda used completely changed starters but no matter, we all knew that was safe win no matter what.

The same is now with Partizan on this visit to Sabac against Macva.

President of Macva is former goalkeeper of Partizan. We could call him legendary Partizan's player. So, I really think Macva wont make life more difficult for Partizan now when visit to Istanbul is coming.

BTW, Partizan played one pretty good game vs Besiktas. It was 1:1 at the end and that's very slimy result if you ask me but they definitely were closer to win.

And just one more fact how big joke Serbian league is. Namely, before first legs of these final qualifying stages for European club competitions, both best Serbian teams postponed its games in the national league. Firstly Crvena zvezda postponed the tough visit to Krusevac against Napredak. They didn't want to play there with B squad and they would need to do that if Football Association didn't agree. Cause upcoming game vs Salzburg was way more important. Then Partizan did the same and asked to their game of the previous round be postponed due to first game vs Besiktas.

And what about now? Both, Crvena zvezda as well Partizan, still have active results in Europe although both played draws at home. And now before second leg games on the road that logically are going to be much more difficult, neither of them is asking to national league game should be postponed. And why is that? Well, how I see it, because neither of them probably expect any problems this time in this matches of the the Serbian Super liga.

As for Partizan, I belive match in Sabac against Macva will be one nice friendly meeting, just a little bit harder than a training.

Handicap probably is good option too but I like more HT/FT cause if it would be like I said, then lead already after first 45 minutes is highly expected.
