It would be harsh if City can't win either, but my own subjective opinion is that Nottingham could cause Guardiola's side some embarrassment tonight. Okay Rodri is an important link on the pitch, but with so many expensive players you can't replace him I don't believe it. Guardiola is now a bit clueless tactically. The Spaniard can't find the right formation to replace him. Unfortunately you have to admit that the others can't replace Rodri. For one thing, they are players of a different profile and this section of the team is getting older. Gündogan is 34, De Bruyne is 33, while Kovacic is 30, we urgently need a blood refreshment here. Bruyne, according to Guardiola's statement, will not start today either, as the Belgian classy is in pain and his strength is only sufficient for 20-30 minutes. Furthermore, Grealish is out of form on the wings and Foden is also out of form.
