Miami led 3:0, but Boston are trailing 3:2 now. This is the crucial match, if Miami lose this one, I don't see them coming back in Boston. The pressure is getting higher, it was visible in the last 2 matches.
Miami are dealing with injuries, influental guard Gabe Vincent is questionable, he missed the last match and Miami looked slower and with less ideas in attack. Strus played much worse without Vincent, the same goes for Butler and Adebayo. Vincent is someone who moves well, defends well, shoots well. Tyler Herro is still sidelined and his absence was crutial for us to see how good Vincent is because he got his minutes. Lowry can be useful, but he's only a shadow of the player he used to be. The same goes for Love, that's why Spoelstra gives him some 10-15 minutes. Miami depends on the shoot from distance. They looked with less energy in the last match and they looked dominant in some of the previous matches. I feel that they are exhausted, that's why they can't find for offensive rebounds, that's why they make so many technical errors, that's why Butler can't win matches alone.
Boston are better and better game after game. They looked strong in the last game, they were leading with confortable 15-20 points all the time and White was there to hit crucial 3-pointer all the time when Miami looked dangerous to get closer. Tatum and Brown were calm, they didn't need to waste too much energy because the team play worked well. Robert Williams and Horford looked dominant in the rim against Adebayo, Smart played really good game.
Boston has more energy now, more players in rotation and I feel that Miami gave more to achieve this while Boston's best games are yet to come. Boston have more talent, more fresh legs, more size and many more. I see them in the final.
