Both teams are with pretty limited rosters, a lot of absences on the both sides, so here I think "under" should be the right choice.
Minnesota is without Rubio, Towns and Hernangomez. Towns is their main player with average 22 PPG.
Orlando is without: Isaac, Okeke, Aminu, Fultz, Carter-Williams, Bamba. Doubtful is Fournier.
So, both teams are weak offensively. I watched last game of Orlando and they were really poor in offense, except Vucevic, all other players are nothing special, Ross and Gordon are ok, but in that match they scored 84 points.
