I believe that N.Macedonia is overrated or Romania is underrated here!
N.Macedonia came to Denmark to beat Romania and to challenge Portugal. They knew that they have no chances against Denmark, but hoped to do something special against the strong Portugal and to beat Romania in the end. Romania came to Denmark with full focus on N.Macedonia. They stated that they're on the equal level and that their goal is to beat N.Macedonia and pave the way for the World Cup next year. Very smart plan, but are they on the same level like they think? No, they're not.
Romania was like a training for both - Portugal and N.Macedonia. N.Macedonia showed something against Denmark, but played amazing match against Portugal where they came from behind and even had a chance to win the match if Serafimov didn't lose the ball with 20 seconds to play like an amateur. Now N.Macedonia needs two big wins - they against Romania and Denmark against Portugal. However, the main goal remains to win and keep the third place. The situation is interesting, they are hoping for the best, but the worst also possible. Serbia faced the worst today - they could be in the second round with 2 points, but they finished as last placed. Macedonia lost both left wings and the called the third from Skopje. I believe that they will be exhausted, both mentally and physically. The pressure is on - they have to win and it would be good if they win with bigger difference. From the other side, Romania kept the energy and the focus solely on Macedonia. Not sure if they were hiding something, but they know how to play handball and can be dangerous. I believe that the difference in quality is not that big. I expect a close match and a win for N.Macedonia with some 2-3 goals difference.
