Defense was below any standards and only time will tell if new additions will provide the necessary quality for the Spurs. The big name leaving this season is Son but some interesting names like Kudus (from West Ham), Tel (Bayern Munich), Danso (Lens), Vuskovic (Hajduk Split), Takai (Kawasaki) and Palinha (Bayern Munich) are brought in. These players will impact all lines and the Spurs look refreshed. The pre-season was okay and gave the opportunity to the new signings to play valuable minutes. Solanke is back from injury and set to start tonight.
I really think that the Over 2.5 is quite a lock. I will go for both teams to score at nice odds. PSG without playing time and with Chevalier's debut might fall short to keep a cleansheet. Tottenham should be well-prepared and I can see them scoring a goal. Realistically, this could be a 2-1 or 3-1 win for les Parisiens.
