PSV have been surprisingly good this season, with no defeats in the league and only one in the CL. True, Arsenal beat them once by a large margin, and the group wasn't really strong either. However, the Dutch league is pretty weak these days compared to the top leagues in recent decades. The German league is a different level, and Dortmund is in 4th place (3 defeats, not bad in 20 games). In the CL they surprisingly won the group of death with 11 points. They beat Milan away, and Newcastle away, only lost to PSG in Paris. In the process, they eliminated Milan and Newcastle from CL. So they are still dangerous away from home, and despite PSV's great statistics, Dortmund will be a bigger threat at home.
