Parry is 2-2 since the hard courts swing but this season is her breakthrough year on fast conditions. She has a good game on hard courts and the improved ranking is also due to the improvement on faster surfaces. She completely dismantled Becheri and conceded just 3 games but her opponent had close to zero chance to win as she is ranked +1000. Parry has the edge in all tennis aspects against Starodubsteva in terms of serve, baseline game, consistency and power.
The Ukrainian has been active during the summer on hard courts. However, we are speaking about ITF tournaments. It's good to sustain momentum but playing tournaments below the Challenger level doesn't mean anything in such match-ups. She has struggled big time in Monastir.
