Partizan - Darussafaka (lost)

In R3 Darussafaka has won at home in Istanbul against Partizan. It was the game that could go in both directions, Partizan had shot for a win but Zagorac has missed it. It was also very low scoring match so under cashed which was not too big surprise cause we are talking about two good defenses but 65:63 was way too low than probably anyone expected.

That's why the offered number now is low, only 146.5 initial which is moving now up and probably will close somewhere around 150 pts. The best number is gone now so I don't want to bet over the totals although I'm leaning in such direction. But I like Partizan Team Totals to go over.

Partizan should have good offensive game here. They are well rested cause had enough time to prepare, they didn't travel cause previous game was in ABA league here in Belgrade and against one of weakest opponents (Zadar). So it was convincing win and well shared minutes.

Reggie Redding was the only sidelined player, we'll see if he could take some minutes now. In any case the Partizan roster is deep, the newest signing turned out to be great. It's James McAdoo, the two times NBA champion with GSW.

The handicap is maybe a little bit high, -8.5 pts. I'm leaning towards home team but it's hard to predict how good offense Darussafaka could play this time. The Turkish team mainly was covering the handicap on the road games in this season Eurocup.

It should be noted that every point is important cause there is chance to three teams in this group finish with 4-2 and Trento to be 0-6. So, points difference could decide about first two positions. Also, after QF where home court advantage is on the side of 4 group winners, later in SF and Finals, the home court is on the side of teams with most wins but there is realistic chance that there all teams would be with 4-2 record, so again points difference could be crucial.

The Belgrade Arena is not available for this game so Partizan is back to its old Pionir Hall. This is probably better for home team cause it's much smaller, the fans are very close to the court and the standings are going to be super crowded.

The bottom line, I have no doubts Partizan will play very good offense, so I'm going with Team Totals while Game Totals as well handicap will depend on how the visiting team will adjust on one unpleasant environment.
