Heerenveen will start this season with coach Kees van Wonderen. He was last season coach of Go Ahead Eagles and had a very good season. This season Heerenveen has striker van Hooijdonck again on loan. He is a good striker with Swedisch striker Sarr. Sarr isn’t the only player from Sweden; also Rami Kaib, Rami al Hajj, Hussein Ali, Alex Timossi and Simon Olsson are also playing for Heerenveen. Goalkeeper Noppert came also from Go Ahead and will be the first goalkeeper this season.

Sparta has a new coach this season with Maurice Steyn. He will play more attacking football than last coach Fraser. Sparta wants to be a better season than last season and gets last Thursday Sambo of PSV on loan. He is the 12^th new player after Joshua Kitolano, Tobias Lauritsen, Charles-Andreas Brym, Younes Namli, Mike Eerdhuijzen, Jonathan de Guzman, Youri Schoonderwaldt, Nick Olij, Jason Lokilo, Omar Rekik and Koki Saito. Players to watch are Norwich players Lauritsen and Kitolano. Also good old De Guzman is back in Rotterdam (Ex-Feyenoord).

Sparta is a stronger team than last year. Last year the played very defensive and made a 0-0 draw against Heerenveen last season. Heerenveen isn’t much better than Sparta at this moment so double change is the best option here.
