Santa Cruz vs Jacuipense from Brazilian Serie D (last division)
Santa Cruz is a regional traditional team, but since 2016 when Santa was relegated from the first division, a new president started to destroy the team, and because of that they are on this bad situation, but this year have some changes on the team and the president changed and I really believe that they is going to get the promotion or at least fight for that.
Santa Cruz is playing very well, specially on the last 4 games, after the new-old coach Martelotte assumed the team. Since the bad start in Serie D, Santa Cruz signed with 2 good and experients defensive players, 1 striker and 2 ofensives players. All that players gave more quality for the principal team of serie D.
I have some friends that are in the direction of the club, and they going to give twice as much money if Santa win this game, I believe that this is the most important game of the Serie D, because if Santa win they are practically qualified. The game is on sunday, and on wednesday almost 10.000 tickets was already sold, so the stadium arruda will be full of fans, Santa Cruz have a lot of fans, and I believe in at least 30.000 fans.
On the other hand I don’t have many things to say about Jacuipense, is a very small team that never win anything and don’t have any influence on the region, they have a normal team that I believe can’t stop Santa Cruz, it’s going to be very improbable they don’t lost this game. In the first game against than, Jacuipense won 2-0, but after that game, santa cruz improved a lot in quality, signed with some good players and changed the coach, and after that game Santa Cruz didnt lose in serie D.
Due to the home field advantage, more quality, more money and more motivation, that pick is my main pick for the weekend.
