The Kraken are in bad shape. They are piling losses for the past couple of weeks and lost the last 4 games. True, the opponents weren't easy but against the Sens and Bruins they remained scoreless and that's very rare in NHL (not scoring twice in a row). Since Vince Dunn's injury, things went drastically wrong and it just proves his importance in defense and offense. Last season, Dunn had a few injuries and without him, the team looks pretty clueless on ice. The H2H is also pretty self-explanatory. The Kraken have always struggled against the Knights and it's just not a favorable match-up.
The Knights have been performing well for the past weeks and only the Kings came on top in that stretch. The road form is not great and that's the only "tricky" factor in today's match. Yet, last round they won over the Oilers in Canada and that might boost them ahead of this very winnable opponent. The guests have one of the most efficient power play units and the Kraken struggle in discipline. Samsonov will not be available for tonight's clash this means that most probably Hill will be between the pipes and he has the edge over Daccord for the hosts.
I really don't see why a Kraken bet would make sense. They only have home ice advantage. With Grubauer injured and Dunn still out, the hosts are too unreliable to back. The Knights have been dominating the Kraken for the past seasons and should be able to take all points.
