The Suns have blown 3 games in a row, losing each ATS and SU. They completely choked down the stretch in the last game and they seem to be embodying a losing attitude. Chris Paul has been embarrassing and he doesn't seem to care. Booker has been playing Isolation basketball which is making it easier for the Bucks to contain him. The Suns seem to be confused on offense and satisfied playing matador defense. Ayton is giving Giannis 3 feet of space at the elbow allowing him to get a running start towards the rim.
The Phoenix Suns have been fools gold. The came out as gangbusters in the first two games and now are on the brink of elimination. This game will come down to nerves
Starling Says: Scott Foster, the NBA's lacky has been called up to ref this game. Why is this important? https://nypost.com/2021/07/20/chris-paul-nemesis-scott-foster-ref-for-crucial-nba-finals-game-6/. Chris Paul has lost 11 straight playoff games when Scott Foster was a ref. In betting circles Scott Foster is a known henchman for the NBA. He has traditionally been called upon to "arrange" situations in which teams can easily succeed. So which side is he on? Does the NBA want to a game 7? While I have absolutely no faith in the Suns from what I've seen them do in the past 3 games . The Suns have reverted back to the style of play that made them one of the worst teams in the league - Devin Booker playing Iso-ball. It makes perfect sense that the Bucks close this series out at home and win the NBA finals after we've seen them literally steal the life from the Suns in the past three games. Every single sportsbook and sharp has the Bucks slated to grab victory tonight. I am going to play the contrarian here. I still stand by the argument that the Suns are the better team. The last NBA Finals game 7 came when Lebron & Co. beat the unbeatable Warriors on their home turf. The Suns have not lost 4 games in row all season and I don't expect them to this 2020-21 season.
