Tigres UANL - Toluca    (lost)

If Tigres manage to stay unbeaten on their ground today that would be new record because they are unbeaten for 29 consecutive games at home! They started league with wins against Leon (2:0) and Tijuana (1:0) at home while they lost as guests against Cruz Azul (1:0) who have all 3 wins for now. They lost against Cruz Azul and then in Copa Mexico played just 0:0 against Cafetaleros de Tapachula but in those two game they were without their best player.  Attacker André-Pierre Gignac will return to starting 11 today after missing last two games due to illness. That’s will be big boost for team for sure because he already scored 2 goals in his 2 league games this season. In this game they will be without defender Meza (df 0/0) while instead Rafael Carioca (mf 3/0) in starting 11 is expected Juninho or Eduardo Vargas.

Toluca started this season losing as guest against Puebla (2:1) and taking 4 points at home against Monarcas (2:0) and Guadalajara (2:2). In Copa Mexico game before few days they lost against Tijuana 2:0 on away ground. They are very bad as guests and in 8 away games they have 1-1-6 score (goal difference 6:12). For this game they can’t count on first goalkeeper Alfredo Talavera (gk 3/0) who will not be able to play after being sent off last weekend for insulting the referee. Also, their top scorer Rubens Sambueza (mf 3/2) suffers a muscle injury and will be out for two to three weeks. In addition Garcia, Escoto and Barrientos are long-term missings.

I expect Tigres to continue their great home record and to take here all 3 points. They will have best player back in the squad while guests are without first goalkeeper and top scorer and also they are very bad when they are visitors.
