I see value in the odds ans some local/minor bookies give above 2.00 which is pretty juicy. Torino lost the first couple of rounds against Milan and Sassuolo. How the team played? Slightly lazy in defense and not enough clinical in offense. The top-line has been dry and goals came substitutes or defenders. Abate made a few changes in the line-ups and he will surely rotate again. Che Adams scored against Milan but I doubt he will start while there are a few missing players like Pellegri, Cassedei while Pedersen and Njie are awaiting transfers.
Monza also struggled in this start of the season as they lost against Inter and Udinese. The teams plays pretty offensive football for what is a modest defense. They weren't shy against Inter and created a lot of chances. Defense on the other side has been dreadful. Conceding 7 goals in the first couple of matches is bad. There are a few injuries including the capitain Pessina, Toure, Colombo and Ciurria. The big blow is Varela. He scored 4 goals in his first 3 matches with Monza but he is set to be out with an adductor injury. There will be rotations.
I think the odds are set as "underdog" due to the possible rotations from both sides and Varela missing for the guests is an obvious liability. However, this is a cup match and usually teams give an extra effort since it's an one-off game. With both being lazy in defense, I think we can see a few goals.
