This caught my eye really. I sometimes watch these early rounds of european cups. It's fun looking for cinderella stories and rooting for small nations teams to reach big competitions.
Anyway - San Marino teams simply became more and more competitive every year. They're still much weaker overall that standard level of teams in these qualifiers and are losing most of the time, but it's much closer and better level than lets say 10 years back.
So I dont think team from very mediocre NI football league should be a such a favourite here. I'm not pretending to be expert on NI football, but I checked whether there were some big reinforcement or something lately. And I didnt find anything.
Larne would probably be on higher level of quality and can bang here, but close match is decent posibility imho.
