UANL Tigres - UNAM Pumas    (won)

Was thinking about the home win of course since Tigres are the team that always butchers UNAM Pumas and they are one of their favorite victims, except this past winter when UNAM finally managed to eliminate Tigres and Gignac from the playoffs, but they still failed to win the title after that since America completely butchered them in the semis with 6:1 in the away game. Today Tigres that are 2nd will host UNAM Pumas that are far away from the playoffs. I don't think Tigres will force the win here. In just few days they must play the second leg of CONCACAF against Santos Laguna away and even though they have a 3:0 lead Santos are super dangerous with Fuch in attack so a comeback is always possible, especially consdiering the history of Tigres in CONCACAF competition and their bad luck. Now the path is open and they can win the title of CONCACAF against Monterrey in finals so I think Tuca will think about the second leg with Santos and not force some super aggressive style today. UNAM this season lost Alustiza that went to Puebla but they still had great attacking weapons from Apertura. Unfortunately their attack scored only 13 goals this Clausura. They are not that poor in defense and they just lost in copa to second vision team Juarez, basically everything is well prepared for another massacre and Tigres scoring 3-4 goals but as I said, due to CONCACAF game I think they'll try and control this game and go for a win but with less goals. Defense of Tigres more than capable of stopping this sluggish attack of Pumas in this Clausura. Don't think we will see that many goals again.
