I think both sides should score here.
The US likes to play aggressively, and has scored in every game so far. Belgium hasn't shown itself to be anything special on defense. Even though they got by Senegal, they allowed two goals. I would expect the trend to continue and the US to find the back of the net.
The US is coming off a shutout of Bosnia and Herzegovina so is probably due to give up a goal against a stronger attack like Belgium's. America's defense generally hasn't been anything special and these two teams even played 7-goal friendly (Belgium 5-2) shortly before the World Cup. I'm certainly not expecting a repeat of that, but don't think it's so crazy to expect both sides to score.
