These two finished 1st and 2nd the relegation group, so they meet in the Semis of the Play-Offs for a place in Europe, in a single leg at Craiova, and the winner will play CFR Cluj in the final for a chance to claim an European ticket. Both ended the Relegation Group in excellent form, undefeated in their past 5 games, to be noted that Voluntari won at U. Cluj with 3-2, but conceded 2 goals from 10 men U. Cluj, or drew 2-2 with Chindia Targoviste their final league game, and that side relegated straight to the 2nd league level as it was a must win game for them.
So I am far from saying that Voluntari is a solid side in defense. As in fact they played at Craiova twice this year. The first game they took the lead 1-0, but conceded two goals in space of 9 minutes in the 2nd half and lost with 2-1. While most recent meeting between the two was in the Relegation Group, Craiova had the lead that time 2-0 and 3-1, but only drew 3-3 in the end so I believe the odds for both teams scoring here are really interesting, close to 2.00 in fact.
