Urawa - Montedio Yamagata    (lost)

Urawa dominated almost the entire season last year, but they lost the title in the final rounds. Anyway, they want to make another good season, but this time to win the title. They made a lot of good transfer and the squad depth it's very good. For example in the first round of the season against another newly promoted team, Shonan Bellmare, two important strikers Tadanari Lee and Zlatan Ljubijankic (new comer) weren't even on the bench because as I said before they have a very good squad in this season.
 
On the other hand, seems Montedio Yamagata will be next Tokushima Vortis (2014), Oita Trinita (2013) or Consadole Sapporo (2012) because they are the team promoted from J2 after play-offs. So, they don't have much quality in their team to compete in J-League, but we will see. Anyway, in the first game of the season, Yamagata showed their limits and they lost against Vegalta Sendai after they had an extra man on the field from 63th minute and they conceded the goals after this minute. Also, they were clearly dominated by Sendai team in the first hald and Vegalta is not a very strong side from J-League at this moment.
 
So, with a such good squad and a lot of options in front of the goal like Yosuke Kashiwagi, Toshiyuki Takagi, Yuki Muto, Naoki Ishihara, Zlatan Ljubijankic, Shinzo Koroki or Tadanari Lee they are able to score 3 goals against a team who didn't showed a great performance in defense in the last game.
