Vojvodina - Ferencvaros    (lost)

Vojvodina host Ferencvaros in the first leg of the Europa League qualifiers. On reputation alone, Ferencvaros may look like the stronger side, but this match is not that simple. When we look at offseason moves, squad chemistry and attacking availability, Vojvodina have a very realistic chance to avoid defeat at home.

Vojvodina have shown real ambition during the break. The most important point is that they kept their main core while adding several targeted reinforcements. That means the team have not lost structure, but have gained more depth and flexibility.

The team looked more balanced and sharper in both attack and defence. Ferencvaros still have quality and European experience, but their summer has not been entirely smooth.
