This could be the year of Cruz Azul, lol. This team is like Liverpool of Mexico, it's their year every year and then they fail. But Cruz Azul did open this season with 6 points and 2 wins against Puebla 3:0 and 0:1 against Chivas de Guadalajara away. They are now in fantastic shape and form but I think they could fail today here. This is not that important game for them because it's going to be very tough, Cruz won't use their best defenders but rather save them for 3rd round of Primera. Zacatepec actually defeated Atlas from Primera in the first Copa MX game of this group with 1:2. After that they played 3:2 in league game of Ascenso where they won against Venados in a 5 goal game. I think this ends as a draw or Cruz will finally lose, they won't care about this one too much. They know hungry Zacatepec will bite even more after winning their first game so it's wise to save energy for Primera and this next weekend. But some subs of Azul could show hunger in attack and show potential, so goals are good choice here, Azul won't come to play 0:0 I believe no matter what squad they use.
