Leones Neogros are kinda underrated here and I like them to stay undefeated in this first leg. Zacatepec actually finished the regular season of ascenso mx below Leones Negros and with both teams having a neutral goal record in 13 rounds, I think neither should have such a clear advantage in odds since defensively they were not on point. But when playoffs come around teams from ascenso usually play much more harder in defense so I'd rather skip goals here and focus on the visitors getting a point. Leones Negros could very well take a draw here and go back home with a good advantage. 1:1 is my call, gl all.
