World Championship
FUCK Finland again, fuck them hard. This bitch ass team is going to fail - once again - in home tournament like I predicted - all the so called "signs" are there for serious fail maybe in QF. Of course we got Granny yesterday in the lineup who saved us, BUT other than that our offense seems poor, guys are not shooting enough, just dumping pucks to corners and trying long attacks in offensive zone. It is "easy" to defend against, and surely US team knows this. Only Säteri-Olkinuora is like good thing so far in goal.
Well, I did not expect much from this US team here, because it is "lousy" for their standards from NHL. Not many good names, BUT they showed against Latvia what they can do with their game speed, because that's what their game is based on - even on big ice in Europe. Other than that there is of course Seth Jones - pure beast and a "superstar" in NHL level too, who was playing every PP, PK and every other shift against Latvia and been dominant force for them. Today I actually expect more "hangover" performance from US against "small" team like Austria, but tomorrow they SHOULD be fired up against us finns front of 12k finnish fans and great atmosphere in Arena!
We will play our "slow" defensive trap which surely slows down US, but still I expect US to better now because we suck so much. Ps. US got trio from Minny Wild now joining their team, leading player Hartman, but Im not sure are they ready for this match.
