I actually rated Czech to be one of main candidates pre tournament for gold, cause they played so good in their EHT under Kari Jalonen. Now everybody thinks they are already a "failure", BUT I know how good coach Jalonen can be, IF he gets these star players to play good together.
Interesting part here is that they got into their roster one of the BEST goalscorers from NHL when David Pastrnak joined the team yesterday and arrived to Tampere. I really hope he is in the lineup - no need to say what "lethal" goalscoring he brings to this team, and especially on PP. Other than that there is Hertl and Vrana who SHOULD start improving because they are top guys from NHL... Good old Cervenka who was Swiss leagues topscorer this season has been once again great for them. This is really strong team on paper!
Not expecting much from Latvia here, meaning can they get something if this Czech teams improves. Im hoping Elvis has this time "poor" night in goal, like he allowed couple easy vs US.
Line is ok, although odds are not as high I expected, but I will try. You can try also -1.5 if you get 1.70+ in your books.
