One of the tempting facts to take this bet (for people who love conspiracies) is because Rampla Juniors play another season in Primera exactly thanks to Nacional. In the last round of Clausura'2011 Rampla needed 3 points at all costs to avoid relegation and Nacional were kind enough even on their own stadium, came with reserves, allowed 2 goals in the beginning and the rest 70 minutes were more like a warm-up session than real football game where the most interesting thing was one yellow card for Nacional in the 70th minute. Now it is Nacional who needs big the points, after a sloppy start the team of Marcelo Gallardo took in the right direction and moved closer to the first place with a number of convincing wins by 3-4 goals (turned in the most scoring team in Primera), in the last round got only 0-0 with Fenix but played good again, just had no luck in front of the goal. Tabare Viudez and Alexis Rolin are missing but both should be covered as Gallardo has many good players as disposal.
Rampla Juniors are on the opposite end, one of the weakest teams in Apertura and in quite poor form, after 3 consecutive defeats from mediocre opponents coach Eduardo Del Capellán resigned and temporary the team will be managed by the absolutely unknown Fernando Araújo coming from the amateur divisions. 2 players were sent-off in the loss from Montevideo Wanderers - Fernando Bonjour and Rodrigo Rojo, missing today.
Even putting aside any speculations about "returning favors" from last season (I don't vouch for this), Nacional should be able to win this game without big problems. It will be played on Centenario by the way.
