Everton are unbeaten so far and this fact deserves a respect. Only two more teams have no loss in the Premier League - Manchester City and Brentford. In the last round Everton played a 2:2 draw at Hull City. Manager David Moyes is doing a fantastic job and the fans are satisfied. Almost all players are ready, only Vitalii Mykolenko is doubtful.
Chelsea were inconsistent so far, but last weekend the Blues showed how strong they are. Xabi Alonso's men beat 5:1 Bournemouth. Joao Pedro scored the brace and he is the club leading scorer with 5 goals. However, veteran Jordan Henderson impressed the most. He opened the scoring in the second minute and closed the result in the 70th. Alonso has two injury worries, Jamie Gittens is sidelined and Reece James is rated as doubtful.
Three points from this match are very important for both teams. I think Chelsea will collect them. The Blues were impressive last weekend and the players confidence is high. Everton are unbeaten so far, but they are not "top material". It is clear the defeat will come soon or later. In addition, the Friedkin Group announced their intention to sell the club. Not the best news for David Moyes and his players.
